Logan
Founder
Logan brings over 15 years of experience from the construction and trades industries to lead the ARC team. He prides himself on hard work, professionalism, and his commitment to working closely with his clients to deliver a high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
A family-oriented person, outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with those dear to him, keeping fit, and travelling.
George
Site Supervisor
George is one of our Site Supervisors at ARC, helping oversee our crews and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
With a hands-on approach and a strong eye for detail, George makes sure preparation, repairs, and coating work are completed to the high standard we expect on every job. He keeps things organised on site and takes pride in making sure our customers get a quality result every time.
When he’s not on the tools, you’ll usually find George out fishing or firing up the BBQ with family and mates.
Brayden
Roof Coating Technician
Brayden is a key member of the ARC team, specialising in roof preparation, repairs, and protective coating systems.
Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Brayden takes pride in getting every stage of the job right — from thorough preparation through to the final finish. His reliable, hands-on approach helps ensure every roof is completed to the high standard our customers expect.
When he’s not on the tools, you’ll usually find Brayden working on his car. A keen Holden enthusiast, he’s just as happy tinkering in the garage as he is getting stuck into a roof.
Kayleigh
Admin & Sales Support
Kayleigh is the friendly and caring face behind ARC’s sales and administration, ensuring every customer feels welcomed, supported, and well looked after before, during, and after their service. With her bubbly personality and attention to detail, she helps keep everything running smoothly while delivering a positive client experience.
Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys keeping fit, spending time with family, caring for her two staffies, and making the most of time outdoors.
