5 Year Workmanship Warranty
Workmanship warranties are covered by both the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
These Acts require that all goods and services sold to consumers meet the minimum guarantees for the products or services sold. This means that goods and services are to be of an acceptable quality and that repair facilities, refunds, or replacements will be available for a reasonable time if goods the goods or services are faulty or substandard.
On the rare occasion that a leak has occurred as a result of our restoration process, it will become evident within days or weeks of completion.
Typically, when a problem arises months or years down the track it’s almost always due to another roofing element failing.
10 Year Manufacturer's Product Warranty
ARC coatings are backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s product warranty, although in most cases the coating will perform well beyond this period.
After 10 years, some colour fade is expected, depending on your property’s location and exposure, but the coating should continue to look presentable and maintain full waterproof protection.
To keep the warranty valid, servicing must be completed by ARC annually.

Maintenance Requirements
Pollutants, dirt, and moss all degrade your ARC Liquid Membrane Roof Coat. By cleaning and moss treating your roof, you ensure that the roof maintains its appearance and waterproof membrane integrity for longer.
To maintain your 10 Year Manufacturer’s Product Warranty, it is a requirement that ARC services the roof every year and carries out moss treatment.
