5 Year Workmanship Warranty
Workmanship warranties are covered by both the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
These Acts require that all goods and services sold to consumers meet the minimum guarantees for the products or services sold. This means that goods and services are to be of an acceptable quality and that repair facilities, refunds, or replacements will be available for a reasonable time if goods the goods or services are faulty or substandard.
On the rare occasion that a leak has occurred as a result of our restoration process, it will become evident within days or weeks of completion.
Typically, when a problem arises months or years down the track it’s almost always due to another roofing element failing.
10 Year Product Warranty
ARC offers a 10 Year Product Warranty, however, we expect that your roof coating will last considerably longer than that.
After 10 years, we expect the coating will have faded a little (how much depends on the property location) but it should still look good and provide a complete waterproof coating.
3 yearly servicing carried out by ARC is required to ensure this warranty remains valid.
Maintenance Requirements
Pollutants, dirt, and moss all degrade your ARC Liquid Membrane Roof Coat. By cleaning and moss treating your roof, you ensure that the roof maintains its appearance and waterproof membrane integrity for longer.
To maintain your 10 Year Product Warranty, it is a requirement that ARC services the roof every 3 years and carries out moss treatment.

Buying or selling a house coated by ARC?
Both of our warranties are transferable subject to the Maintenance Requirements being met.
